Status

The Status card shows the number of devices that require attention. This makes it easy to identify printers that are in a state that may prevent users from releasing their documents.

The Status card also displays a summary of the following information:

• Secured devices – Total number of secure printers.
• Registered users – Total number of users who have registered with Secure Print(via mobile, password / PIN, or Card Reader).
• Registered cards – Total number of Card Readers registered to use Secure Print.

Why is this important?

Clicking the number value takes you to the Secure Printers screen, filtered to show the devices that are in an error / warning state so that you can quickly identify and resolve issues.
