Invite Secure Print Direct Users

As an administrator, you can invite users to start using Secure Print Direct. The system provides a template that you can use as a starting point. The template provides simple instructions on:

• How to add the Chromebook extension and how to print documents from Chromebook and Chrome browsers.
• How to launch the HP Secure Print desktop app , add printers for Secure Print Direct and how to print from workstations.

In this step, simply enter your email address to receive the instructions. You can tweak the template as you see fit for your organization.

1. In the text field, enter your email address.
2. Click Send. You will receive a template that you can use to invite users.
3. Customize the template as desired.
4. Send the email invitation to users from your preferred email program.
