Installing the HP Secure Print for Chrome
Note: You cannot install extensions in Incognito or Guest mode in Chrome.
- Log in to your Google Account (if you are not already logged in).
- Navigate to the Chrome Web Store.
- Search for the HP Secure Print for Chrome extension.
- Select Add to Chrome.
- In the screen that appears, click Add extension.
You will see a message that HP Secure Print for Chrome has been added as an extension to Chrome.
Configuring the HP Secure Print for Chrome
After installing the extension, you will need to configure it before you can submit jobs.
- Click the HP Secure Print for Chrome from the list of pinned extensions.
- In the dialog box that opens, enter your company’s Configuration URL (as shown in the Chrome Print invitation email) and click Submit.
- Log in using your credentials.
- Upon successful configuration of the extension, you will see the message "Success! Your device is now ready for printing!".
- You can submit your document to the Secure Printer added to the printer list in Google.
